This book is an excellent source to understand the requirements for Food Safety Management System. It gives a practical common sense approach to understanding what is needed to successfully comply with Global Food Safety standards. I highly recommend this book and brought copies for my fellow associates at work to read and continuously improve our quality systems.

An excellent book simple and straight forward. It focus on what you need and provide guidance on how to deliver. Understanding a norm and its requirements is always the initial challenge. The helps in this process making it simple and hands on. It helped me understand how the parts fit all together as a system.
